What is this stores return policy?

We accept returns but customers pay return shipping. Once the product is received a full refund will be offered. If you’d like to cancel your order, all requests need to be made within 24 hours after ordering.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders ship out within seven business days. Most orders are made once ordered. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

What if something is wrong with my order?

How is my order packaged?

Necklaces are mailed out in a priority padded mailer or a priority box. Necklaces are further wrapped in bubble wrap to protect them.

All tumblers come in their own separate box for protection and are shipped in a cardboard box.
